GETTING HERE
Two airports. One mountain destination. Everything else is taken care of.
FLY TO SOFIA OR PLOVDIV
Sofia Airport (SOF) offers the widest range of direct flights from across Europe and is the preferred option for most international riders. Plovdiv Airport (PDV) is significantly closer to the Rhodopes and can be a convenient alternative depending on your departure city. Villa Gora is located in the village of Progled, between Pamporovo and Chepelare, in the heart of the Rhodope Mountains. Approximate transfer times: Sofia Airport (SOF): 3 hours. Plovdiv Airport (PDV): 1 hour.
TRANSFERS
We help every rider organise the easiest way to reach the camp. Transfer options are discussed personally after your application. For the Founding Season 2026, optional airport transfers from Sofia and Plovdiv can be arranged upon request.
DRIVING YOURSELF
Many riders prefer to travel with their own bike and drive directly to the camp. Villa Gora offers free on-site parking throughout your stay. The final part of the journey takes you through some of the most beautiful mountain roads in Bulgaria — a fitting introduction to the Rhodopes before the riding even begins.
