When you submit an application or contact form we collect the data you enter: name, contact details, age, country, riding details (jersey size, weekly volume, optional FTP), dietary requirements (if provided) and emergency contact information where required after booking confirmation.

2. Why We Collect It

Solely to answer your application, organise your camp participation and arrange your kit. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Where It Is Stored

Personal data is stored securely in email systems, booking records and internal administration tools used by VELOVIA. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to administer camp participation, fulfil legal obligations and provide customer support. Where required by law, certain records may be retained for accounting and tax purposes.

4. Your Rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing office@velovia.eu. You may also withdraw any marketing consent at any time.

5. Photography & Media

Photos and videos may be captured during camps for marketing and promotional purposes. Any participant may request the removal of specific images by contacting VELOVIA directly.
